Sealed bids will be received by the Oak Hill Union Local School District Board of Education as provided in this notice for the District Paving Project.
Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Oak Hill Union Local School District Board of Education, ATTN: Rhonda Harrison, Treasurer, 205 Western Avenue, Oak Hill, Ohio 45656, and plainly marked on the outside "[CONTRACTOR NAME] – OAK HILL UNION LSD DISTRICT PAVING PROJECT BID." Bids will be received until 2:00pm, local time May 9, 2025 and immediately after the deadline the bids will be opened and publicly read at 205 Western Avenue, Oak Hill, Ohio 45656.
A pre-bid conference will be held on April 29, 2025 at 1:00pm at the Oak Hill Union Local School District Middle/High School, 5063 State Route 93, Oak Hill, Ohio 45656 with site visits to immediately follow.
All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Federal Davis Bacon prevailing wage rates do not apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
