Oaks United Receives Grant

 

gro oaks JFD15Oaks United is happy to announce that it is a recipient of a J. Floyd Dixon Memorial Fund of Community Foundations, Inc. grant for this school year to support the purchase of food for the Growing Oaks Food Program. The Dixon Fund awards grants to non-profit organizations located in Jackson County that are focused primarily on education and health issues. The Growing Oaks Food Program currently serves over 200 students of Oak Hill Union Local Schools. Red Ribbon Week

Senior-Senior Prom '14

srprom020 2014Oak Hill Union Local School District held its 16th Annual Senior-Senior Prom on Saturday evening, April 26, 2014.  The Senior Citizens of the Oak Hill and surrounding area get to enjoy the prom atmosphere with music and refreshments just prior to the Oak Hill High School Jr.-Sr. Prom.  Hostess Nancy Cherrington opened with a welcome and invocation by Erv Cherrington.
