Work Hours: Monday - Thursday 6:30am - 4:30pm

(Optional Overtime on some Fridays and only 4-8 hour shifts on Holiday Weeks)

Duties include: Flagging Traffic and General Labor

Requirements: Must be 18 and have a valid driver's license

The Ross County Sheriff's Office is now accepting applications for Corrections Deputy

Position: The Ross County Sheriff's Office is seeking highly motivated and qualified individuals to fill FULL-TIME positions in the Corrections Division. 

Requirements:  The Ross County Sheriff's Office requires all Corrections Deputy applicants to possess ALL of the following:

• 18 years of age at the time of appointment
• Valid Ohio Driver's License
• High School Diploma or GED

Process: The Hiring Process consists, at minimum, of screening for minimum qualifications, Pre-Employment Test, Interview(s), a Truth Verification (Polygraph) Test, Drug Test and Medical Evaluation.
