Dawn Richards, Community Health Nurse from Southern Ohio Medical Center, visited the Active Acorns Winter Team Meeting to discuss healthy habits and relaxation techniques. Dawn has been coming to Active Acorns meetings for the past 6 years, and the students always enjoy her fun and informative presentations.
