The Fall 2019 Active Acorns welcomed Dawn Richards from SOMC’s Community Health Department. Dawn has been coming to the Active Acorn Meetings for 5 years now, and the students always enjoy her informative and entertaining activities. At this meeting, the Acorns learned the importance of stretching and exercising, especially after extended time using electronics.
