futp sept 14Oak Hill Elementary recently had its annual Fuel Up to Play 60 Kick-Off and Food Drive for the Growing Oaks Food Program and Oak Hill Food Pantry. A total of 1,801 food items were collected for donation, exceeding last year's collection by over 1,000 items. Mrs. Smittle's 5th grade class won the class pizza party with 157 items donated.

A random prize drawing was done for participants and the winners were (L-R): OHE Nurse/FUTP60 advisor Alicia Lloyd, Layne Allen, Aaden McCain, Blaise Ford, Bryn Morgan, Carly Dugan, Pandora Trowbridge, Lillianna Taylor, Jaiden Goodman, Dayawna Nelson, Abby Saylor, and Troy Antonara. Great job OHE!
