The Oak Hill Band traveled to Sandusky May 10-12 and attended the Music In The Parks Competition.  Schools from many surrounding states participated in the competition.  The Oak Hill Concert Band performed on Friday for adjudication and received an excellent rating and got 1st place in their class.  On Saturday, the Marching Oaks marched the Cedar Point Amusement Park main midway entertaining all the park guests.

The Class of 2013 National Honor Society received their Honor Society Stole for the Commencement Ceremony.

Mr. Doug Hale, Principal of Oak Hill High School, has announced the honor graduates for the Class of 2013.  The valedictorians of this year’s graduating class are Mr. Colton Cox, Mr. Ryan Gaines, Mr. Gabriel Hall, Ms. Kelsey Hamilton, Mr. Zackary Kiser, Ms. Madison McFann, Ms. Miranda Melvin, Ms. Ashley Sharp, and Ms. Hannah Spohn.  The salutatorian is Mr. Joshua Lewis.

Oak Hill Seniors will graduate on Sunday, May 19, 2013 at 3:00pm in the high school gymnasium.

The Oak Hill High School Choir sang at the Jackson County National Day of Prayer event on Thursday, May 2, 2013 at the Memorial Building in Jackson.  Choirs from Jackson High School and Sts. Peter & Paul School attended as well.
