Growing Oaks Donation

Pictured are Oaks United directors Marsha McCorkle and Alicia Kamer, accepting donations to the Growing Oaks Food Program from Oak Hill Union Local Independent Employees (OHULIE) representative Don Dempsey and from Oak Hill Teachers' Association representative Heather Kilgour. The Growing Oaks Food Program currently has 107 elementary and middle school students enrolled, with food deliveries once a month and prior to school breaks.
Elks Winners

The Jackson Elks honored OHHS seniors Hannah Spohn and Ryan Gaines on March 20th as winners of the Most Valuable Student competition. Their entries will be sent on for District competition. Congratulations Hannah and Ryan.
OHULIE Donations
The Oak Hill Union Local Independent Employees Union (OHULIE) has been generous in donating to several local projects. They include $250 to the Oak Hill Food Pantry, $250 to the Growing Oaks program, $500 toward the construction of new baseball/softball fields, $250 to the Oakamania incentive program, and $250 to the Acorn Academy.
